The Whitman Partners' Health Care Practice specializes in placing top talent at the highest levels of health care institutions. Led by Greg Masson, the practice has narrowed their search and recruitment focus to exclusively Directors of Perioperative (“Surgical”) Services. This narrowed focus and extreme specialization at the Director level in the Perioperative category carries with it a quicker turnaround for clients and more opportunities for candidates. Due to the concentrated focus, Whitman Partners will be actively working on 100+ Directorship vacancies at any given time and has 2700 Director candidates organized by education, experience and accomplishments.

Whitman Partners has Three Services:
Hospitals will hire Whitman Partners to complete a Comprehensive “Retained” Search. With this service, the firm works on the position until it is filled and guarantees 150 candidates will be approached on the search. This service is best used when finding the right blend of education, experience and accomplishments is the highest priority. Additionally, Residual Candidates from their Retained Searches are available for contingent hire at a reduced fee. For Hospitals for whom the Director of Perioperative Services vacancy has a heightened degree of urgency, Whitman Partners offers Search and Rescue. All Partners are brought in to fill the search on an accelerated timeline with guaranteed deliverables.
