Josiah Whitman was previously a successful recruiter and manager for both Robert Half International and Management Recruiters International, where he was named the 2004 Rookie of the Year. He was a featured speaker at the Western Regional Conference in 2004. Josiah graduated from The Colorado College where he captained the tennis team. He still enjoys tennis and golf and sits on the Executive Committee of the City of Portland, Small Business Advisory Council.

Greg Masson has joined Whitman Partners as a Partner and Healthcare Team Leader. In his role, Greg is responsible for Client Development and Candidate Recruitment. He will also support the growth of the Whitman Partners overall client portfolio, working closely with the firm’s outside vendors to structure searches and ensure their timely completion. Greg has worked in the search industry since 2004 completing a variety of projects, including senior level executive and management positions. He was most recently with a local search firm as Senior Executive Recruiter where he was an award winning recruiter and participated in the growth of the firm. Greg is a graduate of University of Oregon with a B.S. degree in Economics. He is competitive in golf, tennis and basketball.

Kelly Graves has joined Whitman Partners as a Senior Client Associate, Executive Recruiter. In his role, Kelly is responsible for Candidate Recruitment. He will also support the strategic growth of Whitman Partners overall client portfolio, working closely with Greg to ensure a smooth and timely experience for both candidate and client during the search process.
Kelly has worked in the search industry since 2005. In his previous position with a local search firm, Kelly quickly ascended from assisting on searches to managing the Biotechnology service line, ultimately responsible for the group's strategic direction.
Kelly graduated in 2004 from Oregon State University with a B.S. in Business Marketing. When he’s not recruiting, Kelly enjoys playing bass guitar in Gunshot Whiskey. He also enjoys running, tennis, and snowboarding.

Shaun Moore has joined Whitman Partners as a Senior Client Associate specializing in Commercial Banking. Shaun comes to Whitman Partners with five years of executive search and management experience specializing in the Financial Services practice area.
As a producer, Shaun was recognized as a top 10% recruiter for four consecutive years. As a group leader, he was able to develop and build relationships with organizations ranging from smaller regional firms to large Fortune 500 companies such as GE Capital and CIT.
Shaun earned his degree in Business from Linfield College where he was also an all-conference Defensive Tackle and voted Defensive captain by his teammates. He currently is involved in his community volunteering his time helping coach football for Sherwood High School.
