Josiah Whitman was previously a successful recruiter and manager for both Robert Half International and Management Recruiters International. At Whitman Partners, Josiah guides the growth of the firm and takes pride in maintaining and growing his own portfolio of clients and candidates.

Josiah graduated from The Colorado College where he captained the tennis team. In 2012, Josiah married his girlfriend, now wife Staci, in Sayulita, Mexico.

Greg Masson

Greg Masson joined Whitman Partners as a Partner and Healthcare Team Leader. In his role, Greg is responsible for Client Development and Candidate Recruitment. He will also support the growth of the Whitman Partners overall client portfolio, working closely with the firm's outside vendors to structure searches and ensure their timely completion. Greg has worked in the search industry since 2004 completing a variety of projects, including senior level executive and management positions. He was previously with a Portland-based search firm as Senior Executive Recruiter where he was an award winning recruiter and participated in the growth of the firm.

Greg is a graduate of University of Oregon with a B.S. degree in Economics. He is competitive in golf, tennis and basketball.

Kelly Graves

Kelly Graves has joined Whitman Partners as a Partner and Executive Recruiter. In his role, Kelly is responsible for Candidate Recruitment and Client Development. He will also support the strategic growth of Whitman Partners working closely with Greg to ensure a smooth and timely experience for both candidate and client during the search process.

Kelly has worked in the search industry since 2005. In his previous position with a local search firm, Kelly quickly ascended from assisting on searches to managing the Biotechnology service line, ultimately responsible for the group's strategic direction.

Kelly graduated in 2004 from Oregon State University with a B.S. in Business Marketing. When he's not recruiting, Kelly hobbies include playing guitar, running, and camping.

Shaun Moore

Shaun Moore has joined Whitman Partners as a Executive Recruiter with nine years of executive search and management. As a producer, Shaun was recognized as a top 10% recruiter for four consecutive years.

Shaun earned his degree in Business from Linfield College where he was also an all-conference Defensive Tackle and voted Defensive captain by his teammates. He is married to his beautiful wife Amber and spends way to much time spoiling their two dogs, Roxy and Skeeter.

Jim Carver has come to Whitman Partners after fifteen years as a commercial real estate broker. He is very active in the business community serving as a executive board member, Treasurer and Chair of the Education Committee for the Oregon / SW Washington Commercial Association of Realtors. He has also volunteered for local non-profits such as: Habitat for Humanity, Oregon Trout and the Bicycle Transportation Alliance. Since coming on board with Whitman Partners, Jim has been a consistent producer and valued team member.

Jim attended Cal Poly Pomona. In his free time he enjoys outdoor activities such as golf, tennis, skiing and fly-fishing.

Jeff Davidson comes to Whitman Partners after 8 years with Management Recruiters International. Primarily working in the healthcare market he was awarded for being in the top 1% of the company worldwide. A graduate of the University of Oregon Jeff likes to follow his Oregon Ducks sports teams year round. Between games he likes to fish, read, and spend time with his friends and family.
